Our Return Policy
Items purchased from Adam D Technology may be returned, with approved authorization, by the original purchaser within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price (less 15% restocking fee) if the item is returned in its original unaltered condition.

The customer should call to obtain a return authorization and return freight must be prepaid.

A copy of the invoice and a letter of explanation including name, address, and phone number should be enclosed with the return.

refund
After a returned item is received and inspected at Adam D Technology, a credit or refund will be issued.

thirty days
Items returned after 30 days will be accepted only with management approval.

acceptance
Any products which have been modified or damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return and there are no returns on any special order items.
