Our warranty process was created to ensure 100% customer satisfaction on all work done by Adam D Technology.

What does the warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Adam D Technology will repair or replace products or parts of a product that proves defective (This is limited to the man hours spent on your original repair work and scope of work of original repair).

What happens if work done under warranty fails?
Adam D Technology will either repair the product, at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts (this is limited to the man-hours spent on your original repair work and scope of work of original repair).
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Repair Work performed or Physical Goods purchased from Adam D Technology is 30 days from the date of repair or purchase.

A replacement Physical Goods (or part) assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 30 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in materials or workmanship
  • Issues not relating to original scope of work performed on original repair
How do I claim my warranty?
If there is a problem with any service we provide, customers must notify us immediately and we will work to remedy any issues promptly and professionally.
When does the warranty end?
After 30 days of completed service. This warranty is null and void if the customer contacts a service provider other than ADT for the same issue within the 30 day guarantee.
